Add, edit and delete an attachment to an action

Adding, modifying or deleting a document attached to an action is possible at any time for all members of the folder to which this action is attached.

In the action form, go to the “Attached documents” tab, as below.

In an action plan, simply click on this same icon to open a dedicated area.

Use the “add a document” button to upload attachments in Perfony and attach them to the action. These documents will be shared with all members of the file.

It is possible to upload a document from your hard drive, but also from Microsoft OneDrive , SharePoint or Google Drive provided you have made the necessary settings.

In the list of attached documents, the icons

will allow you to change the name of the document or delete it.

You will keep track of this change in the ” action history ” tab .
