Add, modify or delete the contributors of an action

Adding, modifying and deleting one or more contributors to an action is possible at any time for all members of the folder to which this action is attached.

The maximum number of contributors allowed is defined by the administrator of your Perfony account.

In the action form, or in an action plan, click on the + icon to open a drop-down menu that will show you all the users of your Perfony account.

The input field above the list of users allows you to search for users.

Please note: only people already registered in the system can be added as contributors.

To change a contributor and replace him by another, click on the avatar of the one you want to replace and proceed in the same way.

Finally, to delete a contributor, click on his avatar and choose “None” in the list of proposed users.
