Connect your Claude and Perfony accounts

Once connected, Claude can view and update your tasks, files, and meetings —exactly what you already see when you log in to Perfony as usual, no more, no less. Allow about two minutes for the following setup.

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A Claude.ai Personal or Pro account, or an organizational account where custom connectors are allowed.
  • Your usual Perfony login credentials—the same as for standard login: email and password.
  • The connector enabled for your organization. This setting is managed by Perfony and is not self-service—see the troubleshooting section if the screen shows it as disabled.

Step 1: Create a new connector

From your Claude account, open the list of connectors by going to Customize -> Connectors, then click Add in the top right corner.

Step 2: Fill in the connector

Configure the connector

Give it a name (for example, Perfony) and paste your Perfony account address, followed by /api/oauth/mcp.php:

Example URLhttps://your-account.iperfony.com/api/oauth/mcp.php

Click Continue

Step 3: Validate the connector

Claude detects the server and displays a Client ID field that must be filled in before validation can proceed. In the Auth Client ID field, enter: claude-connector

Then click Add

The next screen prompts you to confirm the connection

Step 4: Link Claude to your Perfony account

You will be redirected to Perfony, which will also ask you to confirm your login

Step 5: Log in to Perfony

Enter your email address and password to log in to Perfony, then click ” Submit

Select an account: If your email address is associated with multiple Perfony instances, a screen will appear allowing you to choose which one to connect to Claude. Otherwise, this step is skipped automatically.

Step 6: Finalize the connector settings

All done! You’re back at Claude, with the connector active.

In a conversation, open the + menu, then select “Connectors” to verify that it’s enabled

Tip: To make things run more smoothly, you can click “Always allow” to authorize the connection between your Perfony account and Claude. Otherwise, for each order—as long as it hasn’t been processed once—Claude will ask for your permission to connect.

Step 7: Use the connector

Now that your connector is activated, Claude can respond to a series of commands:

Actions

  • List your own ongoing or recently completed actions
  • Search for a task by name/keyword (all statuses, including completed ones)
  • Create a new task (in your personal “to-do” folder)
  • Edit an existing task (name, description, due date, progress, assignee, priority, estimated duration, status)
  • View comments on a task
  • Add a comment to a task (triggers the usual notifications)
  • View an action’s change history
  • View the full details of an action (including its sub-actions and parent action, if applicable)

Files

  • View the trend in a file’s delinquency rate over several months (which file is deteriorating the most)
  • Rank team members by the number of overdue tasks
  • Get a comprehensive overview of a case (status, completion rate, most overdue tasks)

Meetings

  • List past meetings for a folder
  • View the meeting summary (agenda, minutes, attendees)
  • View the tasks currently associated with a series of recurring meetings
