How the Actions table view works

The Actions table view is available from the ‘Actions’ menu and enables actions to be displayed in a spreadsheet-like format.

The table view is available from the ‘Actions’ menu by clicking on this icon

This button is used to fold/unfold all the sub-actions in the table

You can customise the colour of the rows

You can choose the columns you want to see in the table. The areas to the right of this menu are the filter areas

Once the filter values have been selected, click here to update the table with the filters you want

Delete the previous filter values and restore the table as a whole

Select an action in the table and modify the value in the right-hand pane

Allows you to sort the values (ascending/descending) for each column. Column order can be customised by dragging and dropping from the column header
