Filter folders

You are here:
< All the topics

By going to the “Folders ” menu and clicking the search icon (magnifying glass), you can filter the folders to display a list of only those that interest you.

You can filter by:

  • Status: files created, archived, or deleted
  • Roles: pilot, participant, or participant for information purposes
  • Drivers and Participants
  • Dates: First or Last Deadline for Action
  • Folder themes
  • Folders (folder structure)

The filters are cumulative: for example, you can combine a driver and a theme.

Search for a topic by keyword

A ” Filter ” field is available just above the “Folder Themes” list. It saves you from having to scroll through the entire tree to manually check a value, which quickly becomes tedious when a group has many themes or values (e.g., a “Budget” theme with dozens of amounts).

① The “Filter” field: Type the search keyword here (theme name or value)—the list will instantly narrow down to the matching items. ② Once you find the matching value, check the box to apply it to the filter.

The keyword matches both the name of the theme and its values: for example, a search for “5000” will return both a folder with a value of 5,000 and one with a value of 250,000, because the keyword is contained in them.

Simply type part of the name of the theme or the value you’re looking for (e.g., a customer name, a status, an amount). Then just check the box next to the desired value(s) and click Search.

① The summary bar displays the filter criteria that have been applied. ② The folder found, matching the “Budget: 5,000” criterion.

💡 Tip: You can add as many criteria as you like, but the more filters you use, the greater the risk of getting no results.

To change the order in which your results are displayed, use the folder sorting options.
