Create your own minutes template and use it in your meetings
Go to one of your meetings through the menu on the left, and click on the fourth tab, “My Meetings”.
To access the record of decision, after opening a meeting, you need to open the minutes of the meeting, to do this click on the “Minutes” tab.
How do I save a template?
When you create or edit a Record of Decision you can save this template by clicking on “Save as Template” so that you can reuse this template at future meetings.
To do this you must then give it a name and validate.
How do I use a saved template?
To use this template in a new report, simply click on “Insert Statement Template” and select the one you wish to use.
Caution: ” Insert previous statement ” is different. It allows you to retrieve the record of decisions from your previous meeting only.
