Create a folder

It is possible, for holders of a “Pilot” license, to create a new folder by going through the “My Folders” menu, then “New Folder”.

The folder name is the only mandatory field to be entered in order to create the folder.

We strongly recommend adding members to folders as soon as they are created. Click on the input field to display the drop-down menu of members of your Perfony space and to choose the desired people.

Enter the first few characters of a first or last name to search for a specific person.

If Perfony doesn’t find any match between your input and the users already registered, you will have the possibility to add the user.

Also be sure to declare the parent folder of the one you are creating if it has one. Otherwise, you may have more trouble finding it later.
