Add, edit and delete attachments

Adding, modifying or deleting a document attached to a file is possible at any time for all members of the file.

In the file card, go to the “Attached documents” tab.

Use the “add a document” button at the bottom of the page to upload attachments in Perfony and attach them to the folder. These documents will be shared with all members of the file.

It is possible to upload a document from you hard drive, but also from Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint or Google Drive provided you have made the necessary settings.

In the list of attached documents, the “Rename document” and “Delete” icons will allow you to change the name of the document or to delete it.
