File action plan

The first information displayed when a file is opened is its action plan.

Actions can be sorted using 2 filters:

1/ the filter icon in the top right-hand corner, which allows you to change the order in which actions are displayed according to a criterion: deadline, person responsible, priority, etc.

By default, actions are sorted in chronological order of due date.

2/ “My actions” and “All actions” buttons.


To add an action, click on the blue “+” button at the bottom of the screen.
