Perfony continues to integrate the RIDA method to create simpler and more useful meeting reports.
Small reminder for those who missed the previous episodes: RIDA is the acronym for “Record of Information, Decisions and Actions“. Until now, if actions were perfectly identified in a Perfony report thanks to the “action plan” and its dedicated tab, it was more difficult to report decisions.
When you go to one of your meetings, you will discover, from Tuesday, a new tab that will list the decisions made during a meeting.
The addition of decisions can be done manually in the eponymous tab, but it can also be completed directly when entering the minutes, either by dictating a decision or thanks to the artificial intelligence added in previous updates.
