Perfony allows you to monitor and optimise the implementation of actions, including those related to non-compliance management.

The Cause Analysis feature helps you handle the entire flow of a non-compliance issue: identification, root cause investigation, creation of corrective actions, and measurement of their effectiveness.

It is based on two recognised methods:

• The 5 Whys
• The 5Ms (Environment, Method, Manpower, Material, Equipment)

This feature appears as an additional tab in your folders and can be activated from the ‘Groups’ menu.

With this feature, Perfony meets the needs of those who ensure compliance with operational excellence principles: how to ensure that an error or deviation can be identified, controlled and permanently corrected.
