Set up cause analysis

Understanding the necessary rights and licences

 

  • Group Manager: enable/disable cause analysis.
  • Folder Pilot/Co-Pilot: complete the analysis fields and create corrective actions.
  • Folder Pilot/Co-pilot: measure the effectiveness of actions.

 

Create your own configuration

 

  1. >OpenGroups Cause Analysis
  2. Click Create Configuration.
  3. Give your configuration a name
  4. Edit the presentation text if necessary
  5. Select the fields to display (source, entity, service, type, amount, etc.)
  6. Configure drop-down menus for fields that allow them
  7. Validate to save

 

Note:

  • The amount field is a numeric field that allows you to associate an amount with a non-compliance or anomaly.
  • The responsibility field is automatically filled in by analysing the causes (see performing a cause analysis).

Use the standard version

 

Perfony provides a standard version of cause analysis.

  • It is available immediately.
  • It cannot be changed.

 

If it does not meet your needs, create a custom configuration.

Attach a configuration to a folder template

 

Once you have configured your cause analysis or if you are satisfied with the standard version, you must now link this cause analysis to a folder template in order to activate this feature in your folders.

 

  • Goto Groups > Folder templates
  • Select a folder template
  • In the Cause Analysis section, associate the desired configuration.

 

Your folders attached to this template will automatically have the Cause Analysis tab active.

Edit or delete a configuration

 

Modify a configuration

 

  • Group Menu > Cause Analysis
  • Select the configuration, adjust the settings, then confirm.

Delete a configuration

 

  • Open the configuration
  • Click on Delete

 

⚠️ Please note: Any deletion will permanently erase the associated data. Remember to export to .pdf or .xls format before deleting anything!
