Wat zijn de voordelen van het veranderen van uw e-mail waarschuwingen?
Omdat u elke dag steeds meer e-mails ontvangt, kunt u met Perfony e-mailwaarschuwingen aanpassen voor uw bestanden, acties en vergaderingen. Het ontstoppen van uw mailbox zal u tijd en zicht besparen.
Hoe doe je dat?
Uw Perfony-ruimte bevat een menu met gebruikersvoorkeuren in het lint, rechtsboven in uw scherm wanneer u op uw naam klikt. Er worden verschillende rubrieken voorgesteld, waaronder “e-mailwaarschuwingen”. Zodra uw waarschuwingen worden weergegeven, kunt u een aantal ervan aan- of uitvinken, waaronder :
Uw vergaderingen:
- U bent zojuist toegevoegd als deelnemer aan een nieuwe vergadering
- Een nieuwe opmerking is zojuist toegevoegd aan een vergadering
- Een vergadering moet worden geëvalueerd
- Een vergadering werd geannuleerd
- Een nieuw vergaderresultaat is beschikbaar
Je acties :
- Een actie met betrekking tot mij is bijgewerkt
- Er is een nieuw commentaar toegevoegd aan een actie die u aanbelangt
- Er is een actie tegen mij ingesteld
- De status van een actie is gewijzigd
Uw bestanden:
- U bent zojuist toegevoegd als deelnemer aan een nieuwe map
- Er is een nieuw commentaar toegevoegd aan een dossier dat u aanbelangt
Een laatste regel stelt voor:“stuur mij wekelijks een mail met de lijst van vergaderingen en acties van de week“. Het is een samenvatting van al uw acties en vergaderingen die u in de week hebt, om een globale visie te hebben op het werk dat u tijdens de week moet doen.
U kunt ook kiezen welke dag van de week u deze wilt ontvangen.
