Por que duplicar uma ação em várias pastas?
Vamos pegar um caso concreto: você precisa montar uma campanha de comunicação em todas as agências de sua região.
Como você administra 37 agências e tem uma pasta dedicada para cada uma delas, você tem que criar 37 vezes cada ação desta campanha! Um trabalho longo e tedioso e, acima de tudo, sem valor agregado para você!!!
Felizmente, com o Perfony, você só precisa criar a ação uma vez.
Como duplicar uma ação em várias pastas Perfony?
Ir para o menu “Ação” e depois “Nova Ação” (1).
Digite o nome de sua ação.
Abaixo do menu suspenso que permite escolher em qual pasta atribuir esta ação, clique na caixa “Duplicar a ação em várias pastas”(2).
Abra o menu suspenso pastas e selecione no início da linha as pastas nas quais você quer postar esta ação (3) e lembre-se de validar!
É muito simples!!!
A ação será criada em todas as pastas que você selecionou.
Note que todas essas ações terão o mesmo nome, o mesmo prazo e o mesmo nível de prioridade.
Seleção automática de todos os arquivos infantis
O ícone na extremidade direita do menu suspenso permite selecionar automaticamente todas as pastas que dependem da pasta selecionada e assim economizar tempo em sua seleção.
