Rappel !
Pour ne pas rencontrer de problèmes d’affichage suite à une mise à jour, pensez dans un premier temps à actualiser votre page et si le problème persiste, déconnectez-vous puis reconnectez-vous à votre espace.
Ces deux petites manipulation permettent de s’assurer que c’est bien la nouvelle version de Perfony qui sera chargée, sans conflit avec les éléments déjà enregistrés en « cache » sur votre ordinateur.
Comment forcer le rafraichissement d’une page web ?
Sur un ordinateur Windows :
Quelque soit votre navigateur, il suffit de presser ensemble les touches « Contrôle + F5 »
Sur un ordinateur MacOS :
Pour les utilisateurs d’ordinateurs Apple et du navigateur Safari, il faut utiliser 2 combinaisons de touches
- Vider le cache : « Alt + cmd + E »
- Recharger la page « Commande + R »
