Pour ne pas surcharger votre espace visuel, Perfony n’affiche pas systématiquement toutes vos informations à chaque fois. Dans certains cas, seule une sélection d’information apparait. Alors comment faire pour voir toutes vos informations si vous en avez besoin ?
C’est là qu’intervient la « Flèche Expand ». Une icone simple qui va vous permettre de « déployer » les informations masquées.
Vous trouverez cette icone à deux endroit :
Dans les plans d’action des dossiers
Ouvrez le menu « Dossier » puis sélectionnez l’onglet « Plan d’action » d’un dossier. Parmi les icones en haut de la liste d’actions, vous trouverez cette fameuse « Flèche Expand »
Elle dévoilera les champs personnalisés de toutes les actions ainsi que les contributeurs.
Dans les plans d’action des réunions
Ouvrez le menu « Réunion » puis cliquez sur une réunion au choix et sélectionnez l’onglet « Plan d’action ». Parmi les icones en haut de la liste d’actions, vous trouverez également la « Flèche Expand »
Nota bene : dans le menu « actions », en ouvrant le menu déroulant « affichage », vous avez la posssibilité d’activer la vue « déplier », qui correspond également à une « Flèche Expand »… mais sans icone.
Vous aurez la même possibilité dans le menu « Dossier » avec le menu déroulant « Affichage »
A chaque endroit où cette flèche est présente, il vous suffit de cliquer une deuxième fois dessus pour revenir au visuel de départ, c’est-à-dire, simplement le nom de vos actions et dossiers, sans voir l’état de leur avancement.
