Si parla spesso di “chiudere” le azioni per non essere rapidamente sommersi da azioni “completate” nei vari file, ma quando è possibile tornare indietro? Dopo tutto, errare è umano. Un’azione può essere “declassata”?
Come probabilmente sapete, niente è serio su Perfony, c’è sempre un modo per tornare indietro e tutto è tracciato nella scheda “storia” (ecco perché insistiamo così tanto quando vi diciamo: “prova, non c’è rischio su Perfony!» 😊). Il dropdown delle azioni può essere fatto da diversi menu su Perfony, ma oggi volevamo mostrarvi che dalla vista Kanban, è ancora più facile che dalla vista lista, perché non c’è nessuna manipolazione da fare sul lato dei filtri di visualizzazione. Un semplice “drag and drop” ed è fatta:
Kanban da una cartella:
1/ Mettere il file nella vista Kanban
2/ Scegli la tua azione nella colonna “chiuso” e trascinala in una delle colonne di sinistra.
Kanban dalle “mie azioni” (per declassificare solo le tue azioni) :
1/ nel menu “le mie azioni”, scegli la vista Kanban nel menu a discesa
2/ Allo stesso modo, semplicemente “trascinando” in una delle colonne di sinistra, puoi riaprire la tua azione.
