Para evitar problemas de visualización tras una actualización, primero actualice su página y si el problema persiste, desconéctese y vuelva a conectarse a su espacio.
Estos dos pasos garantizarán que se cargue la nueva versión de Perfony, sin que entre en conflicto con los elementos ya almacenados en la caché de su ordenador.
¿Cómo forzar la actualización de una página web?
En un ordenador con Windows:
Cualquiera que sea su navegador, sólo tiene que pulsar «Control + F5» a la vez
En un ordenador MacOS :
Para los usuarios de ordenadores Apple y del navegador Safari, es necesario utilizar 2 combinaciones de teclas
- Vaciar la caché: «Alt + cmd + E».
- Recargar la página «Comando + R»
