“Performance management is an ongoing process that aligns the actions of teams with the company’s strategic objectives, measures results, and corrects course if necessary.”

It is therefore a crucial issue for all organizations, regardless of their size or sector of activity.

It is an often complex mechanism that requires a clear vision of the company’s strategy, an in-depth knowledge of operational processes and the ability to measure, analyze and improve results.
