Changing detailed information about an action can be done, at any time, by all members of the folder to which this action is attached.
In the file of the action, go to the general information tab, the first one on the left, then click on , in order to open an input box allowing you to give details about the action.
When you consult an action plan in a folder, you can also access the changes to detailed information by clicking on the
icon and then on the « Edit » button.
Note that if detailed information is present, then the icon is full. However, if the cell is empty, then the icon remains white.
The detailed information entry area provides a text editor to format your communication. Click « Save » to save your entry.
You can keep track of these changes in the « action history » tab.
