Adding, modifying or deleting a document attached to an action can be done, at any time, for all members of the folder to which this action is attached.
In the action file, go to the « Attached documents » tab symbolised by this icon
In an action plan, simply click on the same icon to open a dedicated area.
Use the « add a document » button to upload attachments to Perfony and attach them to the action. These documents will be shared with all members of the folder.
It’s possible to upload a document from its hard disk, but also from Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint or Google Drive provided you have configured the necessary settings.
In the list of attached documents, the and
icons will allow you to change the document name or delete it.
You can keep track of these changes in the « action history » tab.
