Adding, changing and deleting themes for an action

Adding, changing and deleting of one or several themes of an action are possible, at any time, by all members of the folder to which this action is attached.

Adding themes can be done as soon as the action is created thanks to the dedicated fields in the area for adding actions quickly.

It’s also possible to modify or delete an existing theme by going to the general information tab of an action and clicking on the

icon next to the name of the theme.

To change a theme, type the new theme in the field and confirm. The input of themes is partially prompted in order to allow you to find themes that have already been entered.

For example, to link the action to the « Quality » theme, you don’t know if it says « QUALITY » or « Quality ». Type only the first letters (with or without capital letters) and you will be offered the exact spelling.

To delete a theme, delete the previous entry, leave the field empty and save.

Caution: According instructions made by some administrators, certain themes can be blocked. The list of themes that can be used will then appear as a drop-down list.

You can keep track of these changes in the « action history » tab.
