The solution implemented with Perfony
Convinced of the need to set up a specialised tool, an initial solution was deployed, but soon proved insufficient in terms of the number of contributors, actions and themes. A more robust solution had to be found quickly.
The requirement was to find a collaborative tool that would really save time for employees, but also not too complicated to use because when you work on a 2-year project you can’ t spend 6 months in training!
To succeed, you have to agree not to reproduce your previous models but, on the contrary, to use Perfony to modernise your processes.
