About “Attachments”…

To foster collaboration between team members, you can share document resources by uploading them to your Perfony.

These attachments can be added to :

  • a file
  • an action
  • an event of a meeting.

These documents can be in any format: .pdf, .doc, .xls, .ppt, .jpg, .png…

It is possible to remove a shared document but also to rename it to make it more understandable.

  • to change the name,
  • to substitute another document in its place
  • to delete the document.

You can upload documents from your hard drive, but also from your shared folders, OneDrive and SharePoint for Office 365 users and GoogleDrive for GSuite users.
