Reading and adding comments to a meeting
As with Folders and Actions, it’s possible to add comments on meetings by using the meeting list pages or the page dedicated to a specific meeting.
Please note; it’s not possible to comment about a series of meetings. Comments are only applicable to a specific date.
In a meetings list
All meeting lists that can be displayed from the « Meetings » menu allow you to comment directly about a meeting, without having to open the page dedicated to the event.
Click on the comment icon at the end of the line on the right to open the comments.
Only upcoming or ongoing meetings can be commented on.
In a meeting page
By going to the page on the date of a meeting, it’s also possible to find the comment discussions and participate through the comments icon to the right of the blue bar that opens the comments area.
