How to create a folder from a meeting (eponymous folder)

When creating a meeting, you are asked to link the action plans that will be managed during this meeting.

If the folder containing this action plan doesn’t exist yet, you can create it without having to go through the « My Folders » menu by checking the « Actions in the eponymous folder » box.

View :

A new folder, bearing the same name as the meeting, and whose members will be the same as the meeting participants, will be created on confirmation.
