Creating an action in a folder
An action must always belong to a folder. Along with its name, these are the only two mandatory fields when creating an action.
You can then go to the folder in which you want to add the action, and display the action plan. At the bottom of the action plan, a text-entry box allows you to add an action to the folder.
You can go into detail about:
- A person responsible (and contributors)
- A deadline
- A priority
Click on the « Add » button to validate your entry.
The new action appears immediately in the action plan above.
