Adding, changing and deleting attachments

The addition, modification or deletion of a document attached to a folder can be done at any time by all members of the folder.

In the folder sheet, go to the « Attached documents » tab symbolised by this icon

Use the « add document » button at the bottom of the page to upload attachments to Perfony and attach them to the folder. These documents will be shared with all members of the folder.

It’s possible to upload a document from its hard drive, and also from Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint or Google Drive provided you have carried out the necessary setup.

The   and   icons in the list of attached documents will allow you to change the document name or delete it.
